Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

Refunds and Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving the returned items.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items:
